Terms of use.

Spotplans (spotplans.com) is run by Team Spotplans in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. It offers travel guides, an AI trip planner, creator Spots, and extra features such as Premium, Pro and plan checks.

Guides and plans are written with AI and may contain mistakes. Opening times, prices, routes, weather, safety and entry rules change. Check anything important with official sources before you travel. You are responsible for your own travel decisions, bookings and safety. Emergency numbers and hospital lists on guides are for convenience; in an emergency call 112.

You sign in with Google and must be 18 or over. Keep your account to yourself. We may limit how many plans an account can make each month, as shown in the planner.

• Break the law, or post anything unlawful, hateful, misleading or that you don't have rights to.
• Scrape, overload or try to break into the site, or get around plan limits.
• Post fake reviews, or Spots for places you haven't been to or are paid to promote without saying so.

You keep ownership of the Spots, reviews and photos you submit. You give Spotplans permission to show them on the site, in travellers' plans, shared links, PDFs and share images, credited to you, for as long as they are live. You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit. We review Spots and may decline or remove them. Ask us and we'll take your Spots down.

Spotplans doesn't take payments. Premium and Pro are switched on by hand when you ask, mainly so we can offer more plans to people who need them, and we can change or end them at any time. If we ever start charging for anything, we'll update these terms first and tell you before you pay.

The site, guides and design belong to Spotplans, except photos (owned by their Unsplash photographers and credited) and creators' Spots. You may share links and your own plans freely.

Spotplans is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from travel you plan with it, from third-party services, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

You can stop using Spotplans and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
